Get your data

1. Go to spotify.com/account/privacy
2. Scroll to Download your data
3. Select Extended streaming history
4. Click Request data
5. Wait for email — usually arrives within minutes
6. Download the zip and upload it to Ori

1. Go to takeout.google.com
2. Click Deselect all then choose what you want
3. Recommended: Photos, Search history, Location history, YouTube
4. Set file size to 2GB maximum
5. Click Create export
6. Unzip the download then use Select Folder in Ori

1. Open the Instagram app and go to Profile, then Menu
2. Go to Settings, then Account, then Download your data
3. Select JSON format, not HTML
4. Enter your email and click Request download
5. Instagram emails you when it is ready
6. Download the zip and upload it to Ori

1. Go to facebook.com/dyi
2. Click Download your information
3. Select JSON format
4. Choose All time as your date range
5. Select Posts, Messages, and Photos
6. Click Create file and wait for the email
7. Download the zip and upload it to Ori

Upload any text file from your personal diary, journal, or notes. Ori accepts .txt and .md files. The more personal the writing, the richer your story becomes. Add files on My Data.
